What’s new in RelayPlan

A new module for invoices received from suppliers:

• List and create screens, plus a preview dialog for each invoice
• Invoices can be linked to work locations, with a new “Received invoices” tab on the location page
• A confirmation workflow with email notifications (“to confirm” and “confirmed”)
• Its own permissions in the permission matrix, and its own entry in the navigation

• Outgoing invoices and offers can be exported and sent as eSLOG 2.0 XML, validated against the official XSD
• A dialog warns when company data required by eSLOG is missing
• New “hour” unit of measure for products and services
• Loading state for invoice and offer previews
• Changed the default attachment settings for invoices and offers, and the default features of each plan

• The language switcher moved out of Settings into the user menu, so every web user can reach it
• New setting that controls which vehicles a user can see. Vehicles can be assigned to drivers, and the mobile app’s fleet screens (vehicles, fuel logs, maintenance) respect it

Vehicles can have a thumbnail image. You upload it in the vehicle form and it shows in the vehicle list. A follow-up fix shipped in v1.8.9.

The vehicles list now links to fleet compliance.

The shared support footer in the email templates now links to the support website.

Only the tenant owner can use onboarding. For existing companies, the owner was set automatically.

Users can change the language before they sign in, on the tenant login and forgot password screens.

Vehicle fuel log attachments open in a new browser tab instead of replacing the current page.

• Upload screens now show the specific reason a file was refused, instead of a generic “Something went wrong” message, or no message at all
• Files that are too large and network errors now show a message wherever they happen in the app
• The upload area’s rejection messages are translated, and the file validation messages were reworded in all 15 languages
• The Serbian translations were revised by a native speaker

• Fixed the child age calculation. The child’s document is now optional
• Work locations, products and tools can be deleted when nothing references them
• Work location codes are validated and can be updated
• Hours drawer: personal exit added, new layout for break inputs, a tidier form, and vertical scrolling for a single user’s hours
• Fixed incorrect translations

Product and tool imports no longer create duplicate categories and suppliers.

The cost center split of an entry’s hours now shows on the create form as well, not only after saving.

The mobile app now shows personal exits shorter than one hour.

When a tenant is unknown or deleted, the mobile app is now told so and leaves the loading screen instead of hanging.

Phone validation is now the same across login, users, suppliers, companies, partners, onboarding and contract import, and the phone input was improved.

• The new web user email links to the correct tenant domain
• The beta logo on the registration and login pages was replaced with the regular logo
• Added a Slovenian support email address, and every support link now opens your email app

Fixed the links for moving between pages of long lists. A temporary workaround was added and removed the next day, once the proper fix was in.

A fix to the vehicle thumbnail feature, released the same day.

A small technical correction to how one screen saves its data, and some corrected translations.

The AI chat drawer and the delete popup for received invoices no longer appear behind other elements.
