4. Cookie Policy

4.1. What cookies are

Small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an application.

4.2. What this website uses

This marketing site sets no cookie of its own. Your choice about the two categories below is stored locally in your browser so that we do not ask again on your next visit.

• Visitor statistics — Google Analytics (GA4), the
_ga
and
_ga_<ID>
cookies, up to two years. They load only after you consent, and are deleted if you withdraw that consent.
• External content — video hosted by YouTube. The player loads only after you consent, and we use the youtube-nocookie.com variant.
• We use no advertising cookies. We do not sell data about your visit to this site and do not use it for advertising.

The RelayPlan web application additionally uses necessary cookies for session, login and security, and functional cookies for language and settings. Those are required for the service to work and do not need consent.

4.3. Managing consent

• On your first visit we display a cookie banner. You can accept, decline or adjust the settings.
• You can change your consent at any time in "Cookie settings".

4.4. Retention

The retention period depends on the type of cookie (session/persistent). Typical durations: session (until the browser is closed), functional (up to 12 months), analytics (up to 24 months).
