7. Data export, deletion and termination

How you export your data and what happens to it after the contract ends.

  • The Customer may export its data (CSV/Excel) at any time using the built-in functions.
  • On termination of the contract the account is deactivated. We retain the data for a defined number of days in case of restoration or export, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires retention.
